Cowboys vs Vikings live streaming, time, TV news, how to watch, odds
The big question surrounding the Dallas Cowboys-Minnesota Vikings game has been the status of Cowboys star quarterback Dak Prescott.
Dallas got their perfect-time goodbye last week right after Prescott suffered calf strain in the last game of a week 6 win against the New England Patriots. With the extra time, Prescott was able to heal enough to train in limited capacity on Wednesday and Thursday. Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy said earlier this week that the team was working prescott back and planned to play their franchise quarterback.
“He’s in the game plans,” McCarthy said Wednesday. “He’s getting ready to play. But he has to cross the threshold to make sure he’s full.”
The Vikings, meanwhile, will have to overcome one of their biggest weaknesses to fend off the Cowboys. Dallas owns the second leading rushing offense in the NFL, averaging 164.3 yards per game. Minnesota, meanwhile, ranks 26th in the league in run defense, allowing opposing teams to rack up 128 yards per game against them.
