Kick Time, broadcast set for Temple Matchup


Cougars, Owls meet at 2 p.m. on ESPN+ from TDECU Stadium

HOUSTON– The University of Houston football game against Temple, scheduled for 2 p.m. CT on Saturday, Nov. 12, will air on ESPN+, the American Athletic Conference announced Monday.

Houston and Temple meet for the ninth time. Houston leads the all-time series 7-1, including a 3-1 mark at Houston. The Cougars are 5-1 against Temple as part of the American Athletic Conference, highlighted by a 24-13 win in the inaugural U.S. Championship game on Dec. 5, 2015.

The Cougars vs. Owls game will serve as Heroes Night with a special $15 ticket available as a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Merging Vets & Players (MVP). Fans can buy tickets by clicking here.


The Cougars (5-3 overall, 3-1 American) look to build on their three-game winning streak when they head to I-45 in Dallas to take on SMU (4-4 overall, 2- 2 American) Saturday at 6 p.m. The game will be the first American Athletic Conference game on the NFL Network. Fans can also tune in on KPRC 950 AM and listen on The Varsity Network.
