The Walt Disney Company and ESPN announce partnership with Super Bowl winners Peyton and Eli Manning –
Watch us cover football news. Okay kidding, I’m actually a huge sports fan and this big news for Disney and ESPN. Today, The Walt Disney Company and ESPN struck a deal with Super Bowl 2x winner and NFL Hall of Fame member Peyton Manning and his company Omaha Productions, which will result in a Monday night football MegaCast production, starring both Peyton and his brother, also Super Bowl 2x winner Eli Manning.
Former quarterbacks head the new additional viewing option from the 2021 NFL season through the 2023 season (a total of 30 games over 3 seasons).

Every Peyton and Eli-fronted MegaCast will be distributed on ESPN2, with additional distribution potential on other Disney properties, including the Disney-owned ESPN + streamer, completing Monday night footballtraditional telecast, which will continue to be available on ESPN and / or ABC every week. Together, the two viewing options will expand the reach and audience for the historic NFL television franchise.
Produced by ESPN, in conjunction with Omaha Productions, the unique MegaCast option will come from a remote location. Fans will be treated to a mix of instant analysis, overall NFL dialogue, gut reactions, historical perspectives, and more. Peyton and Eli will be joined each week by a host to be determined. Iconic and current athletes, as well as celebrities, are expected to appear throughout the season. Fans will never miss any of the action, as a multi-box viewing experience will ensure the game is always on view.
This agreement extends and strengthens the significant relationship between Peyton, Omaha Productions, ESPN and The Walt Disney Company, a relationship that officially began in 2019 with the launch of Peyton locations on ESPN +, produced by NFL Films. The show’s original concept, which celebrated the 100th NFL season and offered a fun, light-hearted dive into the times, people and places that helped shape the history of the sport, grew into the ESPN + ‘s most extensive franchise. Five new series, produced by Omaha Productions and NFL Films, are in production and will debut within the next year. The new series are Abby’s Locations, with Abby Wambach (football), Eli’s places with Eli Manning (college football), Papi’s places with David Ortiz (Major League Baseball), Rowdy’s Places with Ronda Rousey (combat sports) and Vince’s places with Vince Carter (NBA). Abby’s Locations the first episode is available now.
In addition to being broadcast on ESPN and / or ABC, the traditional call of Monday night football will stream to all devices on ESPN and / or ABC and NFL digital properties, and on mobile through participating club apps and Verizon Media mobile properties. ESPN Deportes will produce presentations in Spanish that will air on ESPN Digital Properties and Verizon Media Mobile Properties.
Peyton and Eli’s MegaCast broadcast to debut first three weeks of 2021 FMN slate (Baltimore in Las Vegas, Detroit in Green Bay and Philadelphia in Dallas) and will run for another seven weeks during the season, to be announced.
