Vikings release 2021 training camp schedule


We’re just over a month away from the start of Minnesota Viking training camp, and on Thursday the team released what the Event calendar for the preparation of this year’s season will look like.

Most workouts will be free, activities will start on July 28 and end on August 12. There will be four different practices that will cost money if you want to attend. These are as follows:

  • Saturday July 31 – Night practice at the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center. Tickets cost $ 10 for adults and $ 5 for children 17 and under.
  • Saturday August 7 – Scrimmage at US Bank Stadium. Tickets cost $ 20 for adults and $ 10 for children 17 and under.
  • Wednesday and Thursday August 11 and 12 – Joint practices with the Denver Broncos at the TCO Performance Center. Tickets cost $ 10 for adults and $ 5 for children 17 and under.

Start times have not been given for any of the practices except for the American Bank Stadium scrum. The stadium gates will open that day at 10:30 am, with the “Viking Village” opening half an hour before. The scrum itself will begin at noon.

Tickets for the training camp will go on sale one week from today, Thursday, July 24. If you want to be notified when they go on sale, you can subscribe on the Vikings website. Membership holders will have access two days before, Tuesday July 22.

From the FAQ on the team website, the team do not will require proof of vaccination for fans to attend training camp, and they will not require masks to be worn either. However, due to COVID-19 protocols, fans will not have direct access to players at all times during camp, meaning there will be no autograph sessions.
